Lenovo K8 Plus Review

Lenovo has launched its second device in K8 series, K8 Plus which offers stock android OS along with dual camera setup. Let’s find out the specifications and price of the phone:

DISPLAY
K8 Note offers 5.5 inch display whereas K8 Plus offers 5.2 inches display. Despite the smaller screen as compared to K8 Note, K8 Plus provides resolution of 1920X1080 pixels.

CAMERA
K8 Plus offers 13MP+5MP dual camera and front camera of 8MP with selfie flash. Photos taken during daylight come with good quality while the photos taken indoors can get a little noise. Only issue we felt in dual camera mode is that it loses the focus.

PROCESSOR AND RAM
Company has provided 3GB RAM with Octa Core Helio P20 processor. We didn’t experience slowness even when we played high end games on it.

STORAGE
Although the phone comes with 32GB internal storage, only 24GB can be used for storage. External storage is extendable upto 128GB.

BATTERY
The phone has 4000mah battery that can easily run for one and a half day during normal use. During heavy use it can run for a day. The phone fully charges in 2 hrs.

K8 Plus is considered to be the compact version of K8 Note. It has metal unibody design and looks very attractive.

Separate Button for Music
Just like K8 Note, this phone comes with a separate button for music. However, the company has removed the notification LED light from the device.

BRIGHTNESS
The phone has thin bezels and its brightness is also good.

FINGERPRINT SCANNER
The fingerprint scanner in the phone works quite fast.

PRICE
K8 Plus costs only Rs. 10,999 only as compared to K8 Note which was priced at Rs. 15000.

In the end it can be said that this phone is a value for money.
